Goals

- Determine if prenatal or adolescent exposure to BPA or phthalates interacts with a high-fat diet to increase oxidative stress in male or female gonads of mice.
- Investigate whether BPA or phthalate exposure (with or without a high-fat diet) leads to early reproductive senescence in mice.
- Evaluate whether the effects of BPA or phthalates on reproductive measures in mice are transgenerational.
- Assess whether BPA or phthalate exposure affects germ cell quality in male and female offspring mice through epigenetic mechanisms.
