Goals

Baby
  • Assess the associations between exposure to phthalates, phenols, parabens and other endocrine disruptors during adolescence and neurodevelopmental outcomes using a battery of tests and scales that measure visual-motor abilities, verbal abilities, working memory and risk for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

 

  • Examine whether associations between these exposures and neurobehavioral outcomes are different in obese and normal weight children.

 

  • Examine whether associations between phthalate, phenols, and parabens exposure and neurobehavioral outcomes are different in boys and girls.
